Same great taste as regular fat-loaded biscuits but with no added fat. These Greek Yogurt Biscuits are moist yet fluffy!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add in the yogurt and 1/4 C of milk. Stir until dough forms.
Transfer dough to floured surface.
Add a little bit more milk to bowl until floury bits on outside of bowl form dough; add to other dough.
Knead a few times until smooth.
Using a floured rolling pin, roll dough out to 1 inch thick.
Cut into 3″ rounds (with cutter or drinking glass).
Can brush top of biscuits with whisked egg to create a smooth finish.
Place 1 inch apart on lined baking sheet; bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
