These spiced cookies are a great way to enjoy your morning tea while adding some good nutrients to your body!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pulse dates, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger powder, soda, and salt until well blended.
Add egg, vanilla, oil and blend for a minute.
Mix crystallized ginger into the dough and place small balls onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake until done and serve!
